Prohibited content
Users may not knowingly upload or publish material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material available through CDL Smart App infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@cdlsmartapp.com that identifies the copyrighted work, identifies the material claimed to be infringing and where it appears, provides your contact information, states that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized, states under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, and includes your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If content you submitted is removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. We may provide a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore material when legally permitted.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights, where appropriate and permitted by law.
Trademark concerns
Trademark or other intellectual-property concerns may also be reported to support@cdlsmartapp.com. Please identify the right at issue and the specific content or page involved.
Formal DMCA designation
This webpage provides a reporting process but does not itself substitute for any separate designation or registration that federal law may require for a service provider seeking statutory safe-harbor protection.
