Accessibility Statement

Last updated September 16, 2026

CDL Smart App is committed to providing a digital experience that is usable by people with disabilities. We work to design and maintain the website and application so that people can access core information and features using common assistive technologies and alternative input methods.

Our accessibility approach

We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility practices, including meaningful heading structure, keyboard operability, visible focus states, form labels and instructions, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, zoom-friendly layouts, clear error messages, and controls that do not rely on color alone.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical reference when reviewing and improving the service. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and no automated test can confirm that every experience is fully accessible for every user or assistive technology.

Forms and employment applications

Because CDL Smart App includes lengthy employment and driver-application workflows, we pay particular attention to keyboard navigation, readable labels, error identification, progress information, and the ability to review information before submission. If a person cannot complete a workflow because of an accessibility barrier, we want to know so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate alternative can be discussed.

Third-party content and services

Some parts of the service may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment, authentication, messaging, document, or hosting providers. We do not control every aspect of third-party accessibility, but we consider accessibility when selecting and configuring services and will address issues within our control.

Report an accessibility problem

If you have difficulty accessing any part of CDL Smart App, email support@cdlsmartapp.com. Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We will review reported barriers and work toward a reasonable resolution.

No retaliation

We welcome accessibility feedback. A person will not lose access to the service merely because they report an accessibility concern or request reasonable assistance.
